2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. hi89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 Identity Verification. hi89 may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hi89 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your hi89 account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify hi89 immediately via our customer support channels.
3.3 hi89 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section, including losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hi89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. hi89 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to verification requirements.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. hi89 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account suspended.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. hi89 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. hi89 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. hi89 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy, as notified to you in advance.
5.1 hi89 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 hi89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
6.1 All games available on the hi89 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, hi89 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. hi89's decision in such matters is final.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 hi89's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hi89 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 hi89 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hi89's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 hi89's decision on all gaming disputes — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account balances — shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
14.1 hi89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hi89 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.
